Cancellation and Payment Information
Due to Buffalo Bayou being a natural waterway, changes in Houston’s weather, such as flooding and fast moving water, often affects our boat tours.

For those tours that require reservations, we will do our best to provide notification of at least 3-4 hours prior to the scheduled trip.  We recommend you pass this information on to any caterers or other vendors you coordinate with to plan your boat ride.

Payment for boat tours must be made at the time of the reservation. Cancellations must take place at least 1 week prior to the date of the boat tour to receive a refund.

Private Charters on Buffalo Bayou!

See Houston From a Whole New Angle!
Buffalo Bayou Partnership’s very own pontoon tour boat, Spirit of the Bayou, will take you and your guests on a ride through the heart of downtown along the historic Buffalo Bayou; past Allen’s Landing, our city’s birthplace; the redeveloped Sesquicentennial Park and Sabine Promenade.  For those trips heading east of downtown, you will view the historic Mckee Street Bridge and the industrial side of our City.

Reservations for Private Charters must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. Please note this is a self-guided trip for your enjoyment.

Maximum capacity: 21 people

No children under the age of 4

You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages.

FEES

Private Charters, lasting 1 ½ hours, are available for a minimum of 15 people with a max of 21.
