DESCRIPTION:All tour times for this cruise are sold out. \n\nJoin Buffalo Bayou Partnership in celebrating the holiday season with 30-minute pontoon boat rides along Buffalo Bayou served up with plenty of decorations\, music and cheer! Capacity is 21 per ride. $7 per adult/$5 per child (ages 4-12). \nWednesday\, December 12\nTour times (every 30-minutes):\nSold out: 5:30pm\nSold out: 6:00pm\nSold out: 6:30pm\nSold out: 7:00pm\nSold out: 7:30pm\nSold out: 8:00pm\nSold out: 8:30pm\n\nOnline reservations required. \nMeet at 1019 Commerce (at Main Street) next to the former Spaghetti Warehouse. \nThe boat will be captained by Santa himself\, with Mrs. Claus as his dedicated deckhand! DESCRIPTION:Schedule: \n6:30pm – Procession departs from UHD (1 Main Street\, Houston\, TX 77002)\n7:15-9pm – After Party at BBP’s Sunset Coffee Building (1019 Commerce Street\, Houston\, TX 77002) \nParking near UHD: The Visitor Parking Lot which is located at 201 Girard Street\, Houston\, TX 77002 \nParking near the Sunset Coffee Building: Free street parking on Commerce Street after 6pm; $5 parking in the former Spaghetti Warehouse lot. \nView Downtown District’s interactive parking map for additional parking options. \nThis is event is free; please RSVP here! \n\nJoin BBP and University of Houston Downtown on December 12 for Unsilent Night! Experience this festive and interactive holiday event in the great outdoors. Unsilent Night is a sound sculpture created when many individuals simultaneously play one of four music tracks by composer Phil Kline. The procession will be leaving from UHD down to the trails along Buffalo Bayou around 6:30pm and Yelp will be handing out mittens! \nPrior to the procession\, enjoy hot chocolate and Bayou Blend coffee from Katz Coffee\, local brew from Saint Arnold Brewing Company and holiday cookies. Invite family and friends for kids crafts and BodyJam led by YMCA of Houston\, music and more! This event is free but please RSVP. \nFollowing the procession\, join us for an after party on the rooftop of the Sunset Coffee Building to continue the holiday spirit with music\, brew and treats. Sparkling clothes\, hats and all manner of twinkling are encouraged. Prizes will be given for the most illuminating costume! \nAll Christmas Cruises are now sold out. \n\nBefore you arrive: \n\nCome with your cell phones fully charged\, dress warmly and wear comfortable shoes! If you have portable speakers for your smartphone or listening device\, please bring those as well.\nIf you’re using a smartphone: The free Unsilent Night app is available for iOS download through the Apple App Store here and Android download through the Amazon App Store here. We recommend downloading the app prior to your arrival. Once it is on your phone\, you will be able to easily play any of the four selected tracks on your phone.\nIf you’re using an mp3 player: Each of the four Unsilent Night tracks are available here for free download under “Download a Sound File.” You are welcome to pick any one of the tracks you wish to play that night.
