DESCRIPTION:Join Buffalo Bayou Partnership on a free Wellness Walk along Buffalo Bayou East led by Laura Conely\, founder of Urban Paths Wellness Coaching. Discover the historic East End neighborhood and learn more about the Buffalo Bayou East Master Plan.  We will be stopping at sites that will be transformed into parks and unique destinations. \nThis scenic urban trail follows along Buffalo Bayou and is a combination of pavement\, dirt\, and gravel. Wear durable yet comfortable shoes\, bring drinking water and wearing a mask is encouraged.  Please note this tour has limited capacity. \nWe will depart from Guadalupe Park (2311 Runnels Street\, 77003\, at Jensen and Navigation) and will cover approximately 3 miles. \nRegister

DESCRIPTION:Artist Henry G. Sanchez’s BioArt Bayou-torium is a social\, mobile\, bilingual bio-art project housed in a shipping container. The Bayou-torium’s mission is to bring art and natural science activities to cultivate stewardship of the nature of Houston’s bayous to the bilingual and Spanish-speaking communities of the East End. Open to all ages\, the BioArt Bayou-torium’s life science and art making activities are inspired by the ecosystem of Buffalo Bayou. \n—— \nBioArt Bayou-torium del artista Henry G. Sánchez es un proyecto de bioarte social\, móvil y bilingüe situado en un contenedor de envío. La misión del Bayou-torium es llevar las actividades de arte y ciencias naturales a las comunidades bilingües y de habla hispana del East End.
