Through gentle vibrations of singing bowls\, wind chimes\, and a gong\, along with guided awareness\, participants are supported in reconnecting body and mind. \nThis series is more than meditation – it is a practice of listening\, feeling\, and returning to center within one of Houston’s most iconic\, immersive spaces.
