By aligning human health with environmental harmony\, Dr. Trinh aims to foster resilience\, connection\, and collective well-being within the Houston community. \nMeesh Martinez / Primitive Experience is a multimedia producer\, filmmaker\, and community arts facilitator based in Houston\, Texas. An Austin native who grew up in Mexico City\, Meesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cinematographic Language\, a background that informs his work in visual storytelling\, cultural documentation\, and multimedia production. In Houston\, Meesh collaborates with artists\, organizations\, and cultural institutions to produce video\, photography\, and digital media that document performances\, community initiatives\, and creative projects. His work focuses on amplifying cultural expression and strengthening connections between artists and communities. Meesh is also the founder of Primitive Experience\, an initiative that creates immersive gatherings through drum circles\, music\, movement\, and nature-based practices designed to foster connection\, creativity\, and collective well-being. Meesh is certified in facilitating drum circles for emotional regulation\, using rhythm and group participation as tools for personal and community healing. In addition to his artistic and multimedia work\, Meesh contributes to youth development programs and will be participating in the leadership and direction team for Peace Camp\, supporting programming that nurtures creativity\, emotional awareness\, and community values for young participants. Meesh is also currently leading projects supported through grant funding that expand access to participatory arts experiences and cultural programming in Houston. \nBlossom Legend / Goddess Glow Birthing is a full-spectrum community doula\, herbalist\, chef\, musician\, and wellness facilitator dedicated to creating experiences that nourish the body\, mind\, and spirit. With more than a decade of experience in community wellness\, culinary arts\, and holistic care\, her work weaves together ancestral wisdom\, cultural traditions\, nourishment\, sound\, and collective healing. Rooted in Afro-Caribbean traditions and a deep commitment to community care\, Blossom creates spaces where people can slow down\, reconnect with themselves\, and experience healing in ways that are both accessible and transformative. As a chef of over twelve years\, Blossom believes food is one of our most powerful medicines and a pathway to connection. Her culinary work focuses on nourishing meals\, herbal preparations\, botanical beverages\, and community-centered dining experiences that celebrate the relationship between wellness\, culture\, and the earth. As an herbalist and doula\, she supports individuals and families through life’s transitions\, offering holistic care that honors the physical\, emotional\, and spiritual dimensions of well-being. At Rhythm of Our Roots\, Blossom will guide a restorative sound bath experience designed to help participants release stress\, regulate the nervous system\, and reconnect with their own inner rhythm.
