Join us for Texas’ largest canoe and kayak race – the Buffalo Bayou Partnership Regatta presented by Gillman Subaru! Paddlers (ages 12 and up) are encouraged to participate in the 15-mile American Canoe Association sanctioned race along the scenic Buffalo Bayou. Whether you are entering competitively or paddling for pleasure, you won’t want to miss out on this longstanding Houston tradition!
Those not wanting to paddle can catch the outdoor fun and cheer on racers along the race route or meet at the finish line for live zydeco music, rock climbing, awards, food and drinks at Sesquicentennial Park.
Online registration closes at 11:59 pm on Thursday, March 5. You will be able to register on race day, however, you will NOT be included in the official time keeping of the race, nor be eligible for awards, and will start 5 minutes after the last start of the race.
