About APBOYZ
APBOYZ is a high-energy super group, whose music can be classified as a sort of jazz hip-hop fusion. Each member of the group is an independent artist, working on their own original music as well as performing with many of Houston’s local artists. APBOYZ is the pseudonym used when the four for them perform together.
The group was almost formed by accident. MBK, ΛΣE, Maxx & Yung Punk met each other through local jam session and really enjoyed each other’s playing. They began to meet weekly to jam out and let loose; almost a sort musical group meditation. After a couple months, things naturally fell into place and the group was officially established. There is no doubt in their authenticity to the listener. This is who we are and we’re going to show it to you the best way we know how. The proof is in the pudding!
