Sunset Yoga at Sunset Coffee Building
Monthly Volunteer DayBBP Members are invited to join us this fall/winter as we partner with BIGPower Yoga for a 3-part monthly Sunset Yoga series from November to January. Our free, beginner-level Sunset Yoga series aims to help keep us all active and healthy during the colder months. After a beginner-level 45-min yoga class, enjoy nourishing beverages, all while overlooking Buffalo Bayou from our Sunset Coffee Building balcony.

Whether volunteering as an individual or a small group, your efforts will lead to a healthier environment and a more aesthetically pleasing amenity for all to enjoy.

Winter Solstice with Sights and Sounds
Second Saturday Boat RideImmerse yourself in a seasonal light and meditative experience in the Cistern to celebrate Winter Solstice, the “rebirth of the sun.” Find your center with tranquil sounds by Saumil Manek with his use of singing bowls and wind chimes. To amplify mindfulness and connectivity, you will also be surrounded by a special winter lighting installation created by artist and engineer Kelly O’Brien.
