"Jazzy Sundays in the Park" include free performances at Emancipation Park (September), Discovery Green (October) and The Water Works in Buffalo Bayou Park (November). The concert series, made possible by the Kinder Foundation, celebrates the legacy and evolution of jazz in Houston.

Musician André Vida, who co-composed and performed the original score for Time No Longer, will appear live for two days only. Vida will play his “Cistern-o-phone,” a custom-made woodwind instrument designed for the occasion. His performance will inhabit and activate Sala’s installation, creating an entirely new acoustic experience of the cavernous Cistern.
