Volunteer Spotlight: SM Energy
Buffalo Bayou Partnership relies on volunteer and financial support to protect and maintain the waterway and its surrounding landscapes. We’d like to thank SM Energy employees for volunteering with us this past spring to help spread mulch at Lost Lake. In addition to lending a hand in Buffalo Bayou Park, SM Energy also made a generous donation to support our waterway cleanup initiative.

Tasks can be modified to accommodate all abilities. When working outdoors, there are always precautions to consider. Here are some helpful tips for a safe experience:
– Stay hydrated
– Take frequent breaks
– Wear proper clothing
– Prepare for the environment
– Monitor weather conditions
