Blossom Legend / Goddess Glow Birthing is a full-spectrum community doula, herbalist, chef, musician, and wellness facilitator dedicated to creating experiences that nourish the body, mind, and spirit. With more than a decade of experience in community wellness, culinary arts, and holistic care, her work weaves together ancestral wisdom, cultural traditions, nourishment, sound, and collective healing. Rooted in Afro-Caribbean traditions and a deep commitment to community care, Blossom creates spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience healing in ways that are both accessible and transformative. As a chef of over twelve years, Blossom believes food is one of our most powerful medicines and a pathway to connection. Her culinary work focuses on nourishing meals, herbal preparations, botanical beverages, and community-centered dining experiences that celebrate the relationship between wellness, culture, and the earth. As an herbalist and doula, she supports individuals and families through life’s transitions, offering holistic care that honors the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of well-being. At Rhythm of Our Roots, Blossom will guide a restorative sound bath experience designed to help participants release stress, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with their own inner rhythm. Using healing vibrations, frequency harmonics, and meditative soundscapes, she invites participants into a state of deep rest, reflection, and renewal. Her approach is grounded in the belief that personal healing ripples outward, strengthening families, communities, and future generations.
