This popular event is back at Market Square Park! Join BBP and the Downtown District for Blanket Bingo. Bring your blanket, lawn chairs or snag one of the tables at the park for a night of fun, music and great prizes! $10 admission includes one bingo packet (approx. 9 games). Additional games and daubers can be purchased for $1 each. Proceeds benefit BBP and Historic Market Square Park. Get there early as cards sell out quickly!

Aboard BBP’s pontoon boat, take a look back to the late 1800s when Houston was founded with Louis Aulbach, local historian and author of "Buffalo Bayou: An Echo of Houston’s Wilderness Beginnings" or Andrew Groocock, local historian. Hear stories of the Allen brothers and historical information about the people, places and events along the bayou that helped shape Houston.

Learn more about these thousands of magnificent Mexican free-tailed bats that share the city with us! Led by a “bat girl” docent, guests will enjoy an amazing view of the bats’ dusk emergence from the Waugh Drive Bridge on Buffalo Bayou.
Public Art of the University of Houston System, along with the Buffalo Bayou Partnership, host this public talk which will delve into the eminent artist and his iconic works of kinetic and optical art.
