Whether volunteering as a large or small group, or individually, your efforts will lead to a healthier environment and a more aesthetically pleasing amenity for all to enjoy.

VolunteerDavid Thompson and Randy Twaddle are the co-founders of ttweak, a 20 year old communications and design firm. In 1998, they created the text installations along Allen’s Landing, where Houston was founded by the Allen Brothers. Please join us to learn more about the historic significance and inspiration for this work and others.

If you build it…Aboard BBP’s pontoon boat, take a look back to the late 1800s when Houston was founded with Louis Aulbach, local historian and author of Buffalo Bayou: An Echo of Houston’s Wilderness Beginning or Andrew Groocock, local historian. Hear stories of the Allen brothers and historical information about the people, places and events along the bayou that helped shape Houston.
